CHARLOTTE MAY - BOARD MEMBER

Charlotte May is a partner of Covington & Burling LLP and works out of Covington’s Washington, D.C. office.  She is a passionate and experienced corporate attorney with broad based experience in corporate and securities matters, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities disclosure and compliance issues.  She started her legal career in Los Angeles, where she met Lizzie Lewis, Founder & President of Kitty of Angeles, and helped found Kitty of Angeles.  Charlotte also acts as Co-Chair of the ABA’s Women in M&A Subcommittee – which has the primary goal of increasing the participation and retention of women in M&A, a passion of hers.
