Formerly the Director of Commercial Contracts at Air Lease Corporation, Jenia managed a diverse portfolio of high-profile international airline clients while executing complex, time-sensitive purchases, leases, and sales for high-dollar assets. After a decade of experience in the aircraft leasing industry, she learned that professionalism is key and that the customer comes first. Jenia brings that relentless customer-forward strategy to her real estate business at Engel & Völkers Beverly Hills. Raised in the Valley and having lived in Hollywood, Westwood, and now Beverly Hills, there are few corners of Los Angeles Jenia is not familiar with. Serving the greater Westside of Los Angeles, she can pinpoint unique investment opportunities and navigate a dynamic marketplace with adaptability. Jenia can be frequently found in a dimly lit steak house, enjoying a martini, and scouting out the latest food trends. As a board member for Kitty of Angels, a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue, she volunteers her expertise in fundraising and marketing​.
