Organizational Impact: The SNiP Coordinator plays a key role in helping to ensure the health of our foster cats and kittens by scheduling their spay/neuter surgeries.
Function: The SNiP Coordinator works with both foster families and foster-to-adopt families to schedule surgeries as soon as kittens meet the weight requirement for pediatric surgery. They maintain a close relationship with the Foster Coordinator and the spay/neuter clinics we use.
Time Commitment and Location: This position is 100% remote and is completely flexible to fit your schedule. It will be an average of 2-3 hours per week.
Core Responsibilities:

- Oversee transportation needs to appointments.
- Update shelter records with microchip and surgery information.
- Notify shelter of completion with finalized certificates of spay/neuter

Organizational Impact: The Adoption Specialist will assist the Adoption Supervisor in helping make adoption connections
Function: The Adoption Specialist works with foster parents to obtain information about their foster cats/kittens to aid in finding adopters. They maintain a close relationship with the Adoption Supervisor.
Time Commitment and Location: This position is 100% remote and is completely flexible to fit your schedule. It will be an average of 2-3 hours per week.

- Catalog cat/kitten personalities traits and attributes to help facilitate adoption connections.

Organizational Impact: The Graphic Designer will create creative concepts to help inform and education the public about the welfare of cats and kittens.
Function: The Graphic Designer will work closely with managers to create design solutions that have high visual impact for web and/or print to include social media posts, ads, invitations, posters, newsletters, website graphics, etc.
Time Commitment and Location: This position is 100% remote and is completely flexible to fit your schedule.
